Our vision is to be the highest value provider of local and global construction services and technical expertise. We plan and deliver building projects of all types and sizes— development projects, residences, houses, private projects—throughout Germany and around the world.

Our Leadership

Egon Reipen founded R&B Company in 1972, based on the core values of teamwork, integrity and commitment. In 2000 his son Markus Reipen took over and keeps up with the company’s tradition and legacy. In the 2020 Reipen has merge the company with Bünzel, officially rebranded it to R&B Interior Design, which was the turning point of the company. A marriage between tradition and modernization, local and international has elevated the company and its core values into a new perspective.

Our work has resulted in the transformation of communities and the construction industry. At R&B, we deliver safe, strong, and efficient buildings to our clients with fully tailor made services. Today, our reach is global, and our people uphold our main vision to provide valuable services to clients and build partnerships in the community.
